How long do I have to redeem my LOVE GC Card?
LOVE GC Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase, but availability at Novotel Surfers Paradise is limited, so we recommend redeeming as soon as possible.
How will I receive my LOVE GC Card after purchasing?
You’ll receive an SMS within four (4) hours with activation instructions via the Get My eCard app. If purchasing outside 7pm – 7am, please allow extra time for processing. Follow the steps in the app using the same mobile number and email used for purchase.
Is there a cost to purchasing the LOVE GC Card?
