Certainly. Feel free to get in touch with our reservations team to coordinate this for your check-in. Additionally, we take full prepayment during check-in to ensure a seamless and contactless check-out process

Yes, we’re proud to offer two specially designed accessible rooms at Novotel Surfers Paradise, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Does the hotel offer complimentary TV?

Yes, all rooms have Smart TVs with access to free-to-air digital TV and casting capabilities. Additionally, USB ports are available for device connectivity, though cables are not provided.

Do you offer free WIFI?

Yes, all in-house guests receive access to complimentary WIFI.

Do you have Airport transfers?

Con-X-ion can provide an airport shuttle service from the Hotel. Bookings can be made online at www.con-x-ion.com or via telephone on 1300 266 946 Fare from $29 one way per adult or $55 return per adult. *Prices are subject to change.

What are the pool hours during the facade improvements, and are there alternative options available?

While our facade improvements are underway, the pool will be closed on weekdays until 4 pm but will be available for guest use from 4 pm to 10 pm. On weekends, public holidays and during school holidays (29 March – 28 April), the pool will remain open all day. For your convenience, alternative pool options are also available nearby. Minimal noise may occur, but we’re committed to keeping disruptions as low as possible.
